Owyhee Irrigation District Election Notice
Election for Fourth Division Director
The Owyhee Irrigation District will hold an election on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, for the purpose of electing one Director for the Fourth Division. The successful candidate will serve a three-year term beginning January 19, 2027.

- Owyhee Irrigation District Shop
The Fourth Division has been designated as a single election precinct and voting location by the Owyhee Irrigation District Board of Directors.
Who Is Eligible to Vote?
You may vote in this election if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older, and
- Own land, or are a vendee under a contract of purchase for land, within the Owyhee Irrigation District, and
- Are subject to District charges or assessments.
Additional Voting Requirements
- Landowners who own property in multiple divisions may vote in only one division.
- If a landowner resides in a division where they own land, they must vote in that division.
- For jointly owned property, only one vote is permitted for that property.
- Corporations may vote through an authorized officer or agent with proper written authorization.
- Guardians, administrators, conservators, executors, and trustees may vote on behalf of qualifying landowners or estates, as permitted by law.
